Climate Risks and Opportunities
for Law Firms

The 2023 Guidance on the Impact of Climate Change on Solicitors by the Law Society explains that:

  • "Climate-related risks will affect most clients and nearly all areas of legal practice."

and

  • "Climate change gives rise to a huge range of risks (and opportunities) for organisations and solicitors."

Our training provides an overview of climate-related risks and opportunities that are most relevant to law firms and their clients.

Each course is bespoke, not only to each firm, but also to each team within a firm.

For example, clients of teams that work in property will face different climate risks compared to teams working in energy or insurance, so we can offered tailored courses to them.
